Hey all,
Recently bought a boat that had been sitting for 12 years in a garage and have slowly been getting it closer and closer to getting on the water. We replaced a lot of the stuff that needed to be replaced like hoses and stuff and tried to crank it over. Long story short the vapor separator is completely varnished from having gas in it for so long and the fuel pump is locked up. You can hear it click when you try to turn it on. My question for you all is where can I find a fuel management assembly with how bad the vapor separator is varnished. The part is obsolete so just trying to weigh my options and find the best solution to getting the boat back out on the water.
Thanks,
Matt

You'll more than likely need to have the injectors serviced as well. I'm dealing with similar issues on a 115 Optimax.

MBradford- yeah, we kinda figured that we would have to service them as well. Probably just going to drop that off at a shop and have them take care of it after we get the VST assembly back to working
