might start fishing this lake,any advice on where to start,and are the ramps safe at night?

Pick a dock and majority of ramps are safe. Twin points would probably be your best bet.

Twin Points or West Bay Marina is where I launch. Both are good just depends on where you wanna fish. Like GROD said, just start picking off docks and you'll get bit.

I have used the ramp at flight for the last 2 years with no issue. I'm in watauga and its the closet ramp I know of.

I use the Lake Country HOA ramp, but it's a private ramp. I wish they would sale 100 yearly passes to the public and build an enclosed restroom facility with the funds and some type of covered area with tables and so on.

I was fishing there with a friend about three weeks ago. It was hot in the afternoon. He pitched under a dock and caught an 8.9oz. It's not my favorite lake but it's close to the house

I caught this 7.9 off a dock yesterday. EM is fishing good.
