Dang......I got some in my boat but I can't think of the name. I can tell you it's used in bathroom to clean tubs etc. A fella here recommended it for stains on the SAFE FLOOR material applied to the FRG deck (rubber stuff)

Found it........Scrubbing Bubbles....mine is a foam.......at Walmart

I just use a pressure washer hooked to my hot water heater. No chemical and no scrubbing necessary.

I have some rust spots on the fiberglass from leaving metal lying in the bottom of the boat that a pressure washer will not remove.

oxalic acid

Found in The Works (Dollar/Dollar General stores, etc), Bar keepers Friend, etc. TW, apply, let sit and wet brush off, simple dishwasher detergent solution helps remove any residue, rinse. BKF....... make a real sloppy paste, apply, keep wet, brush after a 5-10 minutes, rinse. Soft water whenever possible.

We buy Oxalic dry bulk 25 lbs at a time for cleaning boats & other recreational things, & our guys make our own proprietary solution.

$1 a bottle The Works for one boat is probably your best bet.

This is commonly known as "Hull Cleaner".....I* see a lot of boats with that nasty yellowish stain on the side of their boats. Spray hull cleaner, let sit a minute, and rinse. Wear gloves and safety goggles bc it is acid. Will not hurt the finish. If you have a regular FG deck...try it there also. For stuff like Safe Flooring.....a Tech at Safe Floor said they use Scrubbing Bubbles like I said earlier. HULL CLEANER at Wallyworld was about $10/$11 a qt.

Softscrub with bleach and a scrub brush does an excellent job!

I keep a box of brushes, Dawn dish soap, softscrub, bar-keepers friend, and magic erasers fully stocked. Dawn takes care of the daily stuff, gets the majority of the day's grime. For left over spots/stains ill use softscrub for medium stuff, bar keepers for the really tough stuff. Wet the spot down, scrub in and let sit for a few minutes, scrub again and then rinse. If you still can't get it out, scrub the bar keepers in with the magic eraser. This will get the white off rice.

Bar keepers with Magic Eraser also works well for rust. Even rust spots on stainless steel props, filet knives, etc. Will not hurt the finish.
