we were bass fishing way up the river on Bridgeport this morning, and in a large cove back on a flat we were seeing little fish chasing tiny shad.
I was curious and threw the throw net and it was white bass about 2" long. Acres of them everywhere.
Very neat, first time for me seeing this..

Tons of bait in Bporte. Some decent keeper Hybrids , burn and drop and watch for slack line .
