I have the grass master braid. I love it. The v1 skeletons were lighter.

I fish Castaway rods exclusively. Love the v2 for the price point. The original ones were a bit lighter. It these are just as good. Castaway had a falling out with their blank manufacturer which caused the switch from the original Skeleton to the v2.

yep. seems like more than a little change over the last 3-4 years!!!!
been with Castaway since the 90's.
still using some of the OLD blank rods that were Loomis !!!
just can't seem to get rid of them !
like my Skeletons.
really like the new Invicta's i have.
very light,sensitive, do not like the Wynn Grip.


I love the smell of 2 stroke in the morning !!!
