 Dobyns warranty dealer near Lake Fork

I have a couple of Dobyns rods that have broke and need replaced via warranty. I would rather trade locally to save the $40 on return shipping from Dobyns. Which Lake Fork area dealer honors the warranty replacement, and which one would have the best selection to find what I need for replacement?

Last time I was there Oak Ridge did not participate in the over the counter replacement.
