OP where's my bobber? Extreme Angler W Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 1,313 Arlington	Hit the lake this morning. Winds from the south. Slow bite. Then dead calm. Then the winds started and blew from the north. The bite was on then. Had 6 doubles. Lots of small fish but did manage 11 keepers before the lightening started and I got off the lake. A boat pulled up right as I got there and there were 2 tubers who got in the water. It was nice to see other floaters out there!

I need to just put my boat in the water and start catching crappie, especially when the largemouth bite is slow. But I have NO IDEA how to fish for crappie. When all else fails, make another cast.
