Not sure if this is the right forum (please move if need be) but I placed an order on May 1st for some boat trim at boatcarpetrim.com and emailed them the next day to make a change to the order. Well I haven't received an email confirmation for the first order and I haven't received a response to my email either. it's been 3 days... I decided to call today and try to talk to someone but it goes straight to voicemail.

Anyone have any experience with them?

How long would you wait before you start worrying that your money's not coming back?

Just an update. This company did not send a confirmation..after I ordered through paypal...they did not answer the phone.... and I never recieved the order...I tried calling and goes straight to voicemail. I got a couple emails saying they would send it but now they don't answer emails or the phone. I tried to get my money back with Paypal but it's been over 30 days even though I put the claim in 14 days into it...(that is when they contacted me and said they would send out my order the following week) I followed up a few times and nothing...by the time I went back to paypal to re-open the case they said after 30 days they are unable too..(it was the 31st day!)

So if you're looking for trim for your boat and you like to spend money and not get anything in return...if you like to be lied too, given the run around and then ignored via phone and email...(like some of my x-girlfriends ..) Then these guys at boatcarpetrim.com are def the ones you want to use

I tried www.boatcarpettrim.com and said that domain was for sale. If you clicked on any of the ads it took you to another web page. You sure you used that web site ?
