What do y'all recommend for sharpening jig hooks, spinner bait hooks, frog hooks etc. I hate tossing a bait because the hook pint gets dull

A small file. You can buy the yellow handled ones at Academy, Basspro, etc. for a few bucks.

I use a small file as well to touch up the hook points
