The last time I fished Medina was last October. I got there early but had to wait until 7:00 for them to unlock the chain blocking the ramp. Does anyone know what the present time is that they are open for launching? It sure was nice when I could show up anytime! Any updates on how the fishing has been?

I went fishing there a week ago, fishing was good a lot of dinks nothing big at all. I used the public boat ramp in the morning, I believe it is open 24 hours according to the tp&w sight.

The county park is 24 hours and I don't think i've ever had anyone collecting money during the weekdays. I think it is $10 normally. This ramp is really shallow right now, you have to back quite a ways in, but it is a good ramp.

Reds opens at 7ish, usually a nice line has formed and he will come out and collect the $15 around then.

Joes opens at 8 I believe.

The fishing is pretty good out there right now, numbers usually aren't too hard to find. C-rig plastics, trick worm shakey heads, and drop shot flukes will get you bites every day.
