I can't hardly find any good beef ribs anymore. I like beef short ribs just as good.

Do you smoke them or grill? Looks good!

Smoke them
I get them from Teels meat market in Weatherford
Call ahead and they will cut them for you

The ones from the major chains have been trimmed down too much and the top fat cap is gone

I am terrible at smoking any kind of meat but tried beef ribs once.
Tough but edible.

One other beef rib story.

My brother and I were visiting some ex in-laws on Lake Travis 20 or 25 years ago
and decided to go exploring for a place to eat. We stopped at a place called
Godzilla Ribs.

Worst eating out experience ever. The ribs were extra large beef ribs. They more than covered the plate and were just about as tough and tasty as the plate. The ice tea tasted like it was made a week ago with lake water. The only saving grace part of the meal was the Cole slaw which came out of a can.

Sweet! That's a lot better than what I'm having today.
