Hey fellas, I recently made the switch from the trash green fish to the almighty Crappie. I have focused on Ray Hubbard and Lewisville the last few months and have them dialed in and caught the fever for the THUMP. I am heading out to Lake Fork Thursday have never crappie fished the lake before. If anyone could shoot me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated. Bridges? Timber? Depth? I Know the lake well so just looking for a depth they are holding. Thanks in advance.

Bridges always have some fish. Find the cross beam below the water and fish right below it. Chartreuse, or any combination of chartreuse and blue, purple jigs have been getting bit. Better fish on timber, but can be time consuming to find just the right spot. 16 to 20'

Find timber on the edges or end of any main lake point in 23-27 fow and you will find the big ones. Use your graph and find the ones that are completely submerged as well. All the fish im catching have been suspended between 13-18ft. Good luck!! You shouldnt have any issues. ps.....bridges are producing a whole lot of smaller black crappie......
