My questions are

1. Good fish finder to fish oyster reefs in the Rockport area ?

2. Good fish finder to move nav through the bays and get to certain areas . Like a great mapping system .

Would like some help .

Don't spend a ton of cash on any unit, because:
Bay is too shallow to get much use out of your sonar. Most everything you'll fish is visible.
And never depend on a GPS to navigate, that box will put you on a sand bar in a hurry. Marking spots? yep.

You can find a decent chart plotter for $200-$250, I hardly use the depth finder while running, not much use knowing what the depth is behind you. Get a 6' or so stick for finding oyster reefs, or just look for PVC sticking out of the water.
