 Chandeleur Islands outfitter recommendations?

Some of us are thinking about an October trip to the chandeleur islands. Can any of you guys give a recommendation on who to go with? We would be traveling from Houston, so the shorter the drive the better.

The new Chandeleur Islander jack up boat accommodating 22 guests will be at Curlew Island in about 2 weeks. Their web site will be up tomorrow afternoon and will post it here.

The web site for the new accommodations facility at the Chandeleur Islands is chandeleur-islander.com. This is the same family that operated it back in the 90's when it was on a barge at Breton. Katrina took it out. Storms won't bother this one.
