As of sept 1 if your boat and trailer are under 7500 you no longer need inspection

I posted it in the trailers section a few days ago.

I was lucky already. My dual axle was already listed 100 pounds under the requirement.

I hate photobucket.

You were lucky, I ordered my boat with a dual axle even though the standard was a single axle and it put the gvwr over the limit so I've had to have it inspected. Not really that big of a deal since I already have a ton of vehicle inspections that I have to do... just inconvenient.

you could have weighed in and registered the actual weight instead of the GVWR

They may do away with auto inspections as well,Which I disagree with, most people take care of their vehicles but a lot want and would be nice to know people have good tires and brakes.

I know a lady at my sticker place and got her to drop 500lbs off mine which put it under the limit to need it.

So glad I kept breaking the law by not worrying myself with it.

For all of you that did, ask for a refund.

Let me know how that works out for you.
