Hello, has anyone carp fished at Cedar Creek before . would someone know a area we could do a day session there ???. any help will be appreciated

West side of Hwy 175 out of Maybank or the North side of Cedar Creek Island Hwy 334 between Gun Barrel & Seven Points.

thanks Horace .. looks like it going to be winter instead .. with limited areas it will be infested with swimmers come noon . i dont need that ...oh well

The island on 334 Dont always choke up with swimmers.

Take 334 further east and fish the North Twin creek arm near the bridge. Last time I was out there it was teeming with carp in the 10-15 pound size. Chum with sweet feed and fish Wheatie/Big Red balls.

If you look closely you will see there is a small pond connected to the lake just before you get to the bridge. You can park there. I wade across the mouth of the pond and usually fished the other side. You can park on the other side and walk down also but you need to study the place on Google to figure it out. Wow, the google map dating 2014 shows this all dried up! Wasn't like that last spring in May. Hmmmm.
