A fishing buddy and I finally managed to get a little dock shooting in on Toledo Bend today. Not sure how many we caught but I brought 30 keepers to the house. Big fish today was 1.89 lbs after being on ice all day. Shad colored jigs were the best bite today. 
To whom much is given, much is required.

Awesome day..we spent the weekend with my parents on T bend...the wind was so bad I could hardly fish.
The driving force and secret desire of every bass fisherman, is to one day be a crappie fisherman............Could it be that the good Lord just smilies and looks the other way when a fisherman tells a lie?

Awesome day..we spent the weekend with my parents on T bend...the wind was so bad I could hardly fish. The wind has been a challenge lately but it was calm yesterday. We put in at Huxley Bay and there was only one other truck/trailer at the ramp.
