Wife and I are on epic bass fishing trip. Last stop is Lake of the Ozarks. Trying to hit a bunch lakes on the way there. Headed to Mcgee now. Any info would be helpful. Places to stay
(truck camper)

And any fishing tips would be appreciated.
Thanks Rob.

McGee creek has a real nice state park on the lake. It's a real nice lake. Haven't been in a couple of years so I'm not sure of the current conditions. I know some lakes up that way are currently flooded.

Mcgee is really low right now. You will be fine just be careful.

Sardis should be close to normal. I fished a club tournament there on Saturday and it looked to be 1 or 2 feet high. Compared to two Saturdays ago where it was 4-5 foot high. They are releasing water.

No clue on Broken Bow.

Broken bow is about a ft low as of last weekend, fish are hitting top early and late on main points and humps. We caught some really nice fish including a 2-3lb smallie.
