I used to buy jigs from CV. These were high quality jigs and I have caught hundreds of fish on each jig without damaging them. Brush and timber have eliminated many of my jigs and now I'm going to need to replace a few favorites. The chartreuse/black combo below is one of these favorites.
Can anyone point me to a jig maker who makes a combo similar to this jig with the same quality? I have no 1/16oz left like these. I still have1/8oz.

www.handtiedcrappiejigs.com. Vernon Overstreet and he goes by PEPOP on here. You can send him a PM on the forum or shoot him an email on his web site.

I recommend under his #9 Premium Hand Tied Jigs the Grape Limeade and Grapefruit Limeade (Both are absolute Crappie Slayers).
50 left the lake today with the two of them.

If you show him the pic of what you want he can make it. grin

make yourself some lure knockers ! You'll save a lot of jigs! Finch nasty lures makes a good simple design. I use them on crappie jigs and bass lures! I've saved an absolute fortune!!

Pope, CV actually mentored me some when I was getting started and my box full of his jigs certainly inspired me along the way.

Skeeter, X10 on that! I buy these off Amazon, $13 bucks for 36 3/4oz knockers.

9 times out of 10 I'll successfully retrieve a hung jig!
