I have a hds unit at the helm with structure scan transducer and I have one at the bow with a normal transducer can I link the two units where I can also use the structure scan transducer at the bow and if so how

Ethernet cable will link the two units together. Then you set up what transducer you want each unit to read if your unit has that capability. I think some of the smaller units may not work that way.

Alright thanks , I have a 12" at the helm and a 7" at the bow
