 Mercury 250 pro xs cracked heads.

I have a 2009 mercury 250 pro xs and both heads cracked in the same place? Anyone know what could cause this? Has anyone ever tried welding the heads? And other than replacing the heads what else should I do?

If you'll post your location its easier for readers to give suggestions on who to look up to fix a problem. If near Grand Prairie call Ronnie at Xtreme Marine @ 817-366-3403. Depends on where crack is. I know he welded a cracked ProXS225 head the other day.

No I did not take pics and I have already had them welded but the welding didn't work. Anyone know where I could find some used heads?
