Trying to see if I can enter a tournament tomorrow with the celina Bass club. I know they have one at among G, but not sure if you need to be a member. I cannot seem to find a contact for anyone. Could anybody on here please help.

Unless it's an open tournament, I think you must me a member or fishing as a guest with a member.

Yes you have to be a member in order to fish.
