What is the best and safest ramp on this lake?

Was out there last week. Road to ramp, parking lot and ramp are MUCH improved over what they were only a few years ago. They even have a sign on the road for the boat ramp.
They were not generating when we were there. I guess they are shut down for now doing maintenance.
