 Lake Worth ramp fee?

I'm planning to fish worth tomorrow and can't find any recent info on the ramp fees. I fish out of a kayak and do have a trailer. Is it a ramp fee and how much is the fee? Do I have to buy said permit from a business close to the lake or can I get it at the ramp?

You get a permit and put it on your boat trailer. You can purchase it from Navajo Burgers.

I think I will head a little further north to fish and pick up a permit on the way home. Are the burgers good?
