It seems like at least once during the year the fish will get on a minnow bite. This week has been the case. As much as I HATE them, I took some minnows out to the marina today after watching some friends catch them good with minnows yesterday while I wasn't having much luck at all with jigs. It was different for sure and the fish were more responsive to minnows. Took me back to how I learned to crappie fish beside my grandpa. I could hear him saying "Minnows always work better than jigs," which is his motto when he seems me fishing with jigs. I made a short video.. I hope you all enjoy it.

Most require that you own or rent dock space.

Until you get to know those around you, fish your hole. Most place brush and attractants and if you do the same, you'll get invited to fish others spots.

LOL...Some are quite serious about others fishing their hole. A cussing may be the least of your worries if caught.
