Next up on our tournament trail is Lake Waco on April 16.

Meeting and registration will be Friday night at Slippery Minnow Bar and Grill. Meeting will begin around 6:30 pm.

Saturday the 16th we will be in the parking lot of Lake Waco Marina/ Slippery Minnow to take registrations from anyone that can't make the meeting Friday night. Registrations and boat inspections will start at 6:00 am. All boats must be inspected before being put in the water.

Fishing will start at 7:00 am and stop fishing will be 3:00 pm. All teams must have at least 1 team member in the weigh in line with your fish by 4:00 pm.

Weigh in will be at Lake Waco Marina/Slippery Minnow and begin around 3:30 pm.

Remember guys, all SeaArk, Alumacraft, Nautic Star boats and Yamaha outboards are eligible for our Marineland Boating incentive. If you win a cash prize in one of our tournaments, Marineland Boating Center will match our payout.

Any results, heard a lake record was weighed in

channel cat frenzy....

Yesterday we had 43 anglers on 18 teams competing on Lake Waco. First place and big fish went to Mike Wilcox and James Tucker with 29.94 lbs. Big fish of the tournament was a new Lake Record Channel Cat of 10.62 lbs. These guys took home $1385 yesterday. 2nd place went to Ziegler/ Williams/ Ziegler with 20.06 lbs, winning $360 They also have another $360 comming for running a Yamaha Outboard from Marineland Boating Center. 3rd place went to Michael Houston and Vess Cooks with a total weight of 19.60 winning $160.
