does anybody know how to get the boatlanes chip on a Humminbird Onix? Im completely lost and cant figure it out

Load the data to HumminbirdPC and copy the file to a blank memory card. Do not use the card symbol with arrows to copy the file.

This is the whole procedure for core unit GPS data to ONIX. You already have the core data file type, just do the loading to HumminbirdPC and then Save As to a memory card part. http://www.humminbird.com/Category/Support/FAQ/Convert2GPX/
