My son and I went out with Eric Wright for the second time in as many years. He did not disappoint again, we boated 9, and lost one in a shortened trip. The Kido wanted to go to baseball practice and we had a long drive. Almost all were solid slot fish caught off beds and a few dinks throwing swim baits. We didnt get the monster that everyone is looking for but saw several that just werent ready. We were one day too late, the day before his client boated a 10+ fish, thats just the way it goes sometimes. The Kido caught all but two of the fish and he had a blast. Last year Eric was sticking the fish and letting him reel them in. This year the kido was sticking them when Eric was prompting him to do so. The real joy came on the last fish of the day. They were doing the same thing they had been doing all day but the Kido stuck the fish before Eric could say anything! Eric is a great Guide and a better teacher. He is an honest guide that will shoot you straight and find the fish. He is more concerned with you having a good time and learning than furthering his Brand by Posting pics! That's Why we lost one, handed it off to the kid and got wrapped around a tree. Here are the Pics both of our phones died and we only got pics of a Few.
