If you let it repo, be prepared for the big hit on your credit rating and a likely judgement equal to the difference between the salvage value and the owed balance.

It ticked me off that he said his insurance company had left him hanging out to dry when there is no evidence given that the issue is accident related. That phrase sounded like he was ticked with them that they didn't cover his arse, which they are not obligated to do unless the loss is accident related. If he wants to be ticked with someone, he should be thinking Nitro factory.
