Looking for ideas on a place to stay during CrappieFest. Don't really want to go over $100. Prefer something close to the Minnow Bucket, where the weigh-in will be.
Probably be 4 of us and 2 boats.
Suggestions?

Hook Line and Sinker I've stayed there it is just to the left of the Minnow Bucket. Another place that looks nice is the Burning Stump Lodge off 515 but it's about 6 minutes from the Minnow Bucket.

Both the above are good suggestions and newer. Burning stump is W of the W 515 ramp however. Lighthouse lodge or mama Bs or whatever it's called might have rooms available then too. They're on 17 by little mustang. A lot of the better known places are probsbly full. TJ Ayers has some cabins now too. He might not be full either.

Wife and I stayed here for a couple nights. $115/night. North side of west arm, just off 515. Decent cabin but the hot water smelled like sulphur... Personally, we waited to bathe until we got home...so...yeah. Lighted fish cleaning station out back. Couple minute walk to their boat dock.
