Alright Folks, Aris @ Mariner Sails and Tim @ Backwoods would like to everyone interested in the new Kayak fishing Trail out to Big Daddy's at Scott's Landing Marina on Lake Grapevine for a Kickoff meeting for the NTXKC on Thursday March 3rd!! We'll have beverages on hand for everyone and rumor has it the food is GREAT at Big Daddy's! Come out and rub elbows/talk smack with your fellow Yakers!! 6:30-9:00!!

Michael Christoper from I-Angler will also be there to answer all questions regarding the App. Make sure you download I-angler and make sure we have it working before the tournament.

I can read. The event is 2-1/2 hours, hard to believe that this is a 2-1/2 meeting about this tournament. My question is if there is an actual meeting during the 2-1/2 event, then what time is it?

Is everyone going to be launching together in the tournaments or is it going to be the roadrunner format?

All but the Brazos event will be roadrunners.

Whats a roadrunner format? Do we have to buy our fishing gear from Acme?

Roadrunner format you can launch any legal place to launch on the body of water from which the tournament is held . There will be a time that is legal for lines in the water and then a weigh in time .

Really looking forward to these...one of my new year's resolutions was to do more tournaments; I've only done a couple and didn't really take them too seriously. Looking forward to fishing several of these, and trying to 'grow' as an angler in the process. The format is easy,the venues are great fisheries and the people involved very down to earth. Doesn't get much better than that.
