I have never fished Spence, so I went by there in the fall. It seemed to have plenty of water to fish, but I never hear any talk. Anyone know anything? Thanks

I live close to there, you never hear any thing about it I hear they restocked it but my son put in off the bank said he could not find much on his humingbird.

I live on Spence and catch plenty of Bass there. If you are going by boat you can launch by the dam but you need to back out quite a ways into the water to float it off the trailer. The water is low, I think the lake is around 9% and they pull water constantly. Be careful running the lake because it is low.
The Bass I catch are 1-3 pounds and very stocky fish. I went Sunday and put 10 in the boat that size in a couple of hours. There was no subtle bite they hit it and run, so it was a lot of fun. I am catching them on a Shaky head with a Baby Brush Hog. Also note if it isn't black and blue they don't seem to be interested. I mostly fish the Wildcat area.

Nice to know anyone is catching anything there. Figured it was dead and never recovered from the golden algae blooms.
