Headed up to the West area and a buddy wants to fish Aquila or Navarro Mills. I've never been to either. Any suggestions for black bass?

I didn't lose him at the boat. I shook him off cause I didn't want my hands to get "fishy"

I caught my PB from Aquilla a small little 12.44 so I think it might be a Largemouth Lake.

A friend of mine has been trying to get me to go with him to Aquilla. Saying he is really on some quality fish. Sadly our schedule have not matched up.

I've lived by Aquilla for almost 10 years and have been on it once, and only had the time to fish it a couple of times so far. If your friend wants a fishing buddy that lives nearby I'd be happy to substitute for you when it gets warmer. wink Right now, the goats are dropping though, so my hands are a bit full. Lost 1 mama today and now have 2 bottle fed babies to deal with. frown 12 more need to drop so I'm waiting for that before doing a whole lot.

I'm on other forums that deal with the old turbo powered Buicks.;)
