Anyone fishing these two trails notice that Champs just scheduled their championship the same day as RAM Opens (TX East)2day champ? Just wondering how many were planning on fishing both of those trails and their thoughts on schedule conflicts, with this or even any other trails??

One reason I did not sign up for doing the Bass opens as a Co-angler this year was because they have an event during the off limits for bass champs championship on the Red River. Bass Champs has not posted their championship location yet, but if it is on the Red River again as it has been for 2 years, then you could not fish both events.

Champs just didn't make their schedule. It's been out for quite a while. It's almost impossible anymore to schedule any event in Texas without it conflicting with something.

I must have missed something. The southeast Texas championship is on Toledo Bend in September and not in October. So why is there a conflict.

Bass champs more than likely will not be on the Red River again this year.

Bass champs more than likely will not be on the Red River again this year. Same thing was said last year and the year before. When I called Red River Marina a couple months ago the lady said Bass Champs championship week is full, so I'm guessing it will probably be there again.

the RAM OPEN series was out before champs, they need to change there championship dates. That's not going to happen. We can't fish them all, fish the one that fits your hand best and roll with it.

What he said. I'm fishing both now and decide later on the championship.
