I caught this Tuesday down at McFaddin and was curious about its tail. Spawning? Sea lice?

hard to say specifically..it could be infection or it could be a wound from a dolphin or both.

Id say dolphin, or a prop, big reds like that dont eat that well, but I think i would have put that gal on the stringer and did her a favor at the cleaning table
