That would be part of the "etc." in the Whole Foods niche.

That and like "Sunflowers" or whatever that one is called.

I am surprised HEB is doing so well. It must be good. I would not know, never been in one. None in my area.

it's quite different than Whole Foods IMO, probably similar to Market Street...

I figured you for a Skinner's fan. I guess they are still around. I used to love Skinner's when I lived in Longview.

Only place I shop for meat in town. Tevebaugh sold their location to Skinners too. I watch their sale ads. Got NY Strip last week for $6.99. Each steak usually weight a pound or better.

Nice folks in there. Same people working there as they did 15 years ago.

HEB is Texas owned store that keeps all the profits local. Great selection with a preference towards Texas based businesses. Great prices.

Let me ask my wife and get back to you.

I'm doing manly things like hunting or fishing so I got no time to do any grocery shopping!

Closest store to my house is a Wal-Mart 22 miles away, past that it is 55 miles to the closest United, Albertson's or HEB all in Abilene

I only have one store on that poll available to me ... very weak list composed by a Metromesser. He11, some of the places I've never even heard of.

There is a really nice HEB in Beaumont, I get some good shrimp deals from there from time to time. Had 16-20's on for $4.99/lb a couple of weeks ago. They also carry Mrs. RayBob's favorite cheapo wine.

I'd go out of my way to shop at HEB. Luckily I don't have to.
