I woke up Friday morning with a text from my dad that he had found an unusual worm and kept it for me. He is always on the look out for critters for me to photograph and take videos of. Neither of us had seen one of these before. It is a horse hair worm. About 15 inches long and needle thin.

No possible way to use it as bait. It was literally about as thick as a needle. I doubt a perch hook could go through it without tearing it apart.
