They need to revisit these people after they live in them a few months. Some of the builders on these shows are really making a killing on them as well.

I don't get the hype.

Old people have RVs, young people have tiny houses.

Park models were around LONG before they were called tiny homes.

It's a fad. It's cute. it's a cute fad that won't be around long.

I agree, Mark, that after a few months the allure of living in 100 sq. ft. will rapidly diminish.

Good thing about an RV is you change the scenery outside. But I'll be honest after 3 days of hard rain it gets real small. The first day is not so bad...read a book, naps etc. By the third day it you need some relief.

We try to chase the nice weather, AZ in the winter Northern MI in the summer, and around here in the spring and fall.

My garage is twice as big as one of those things. I betcha they never do a "Tiny House Living - 5 years later" show.

Tiny house is just a marketing tool. It's a way for folks to sell a 10k rv for 25+ to a bunch of dummies. I have no problem with them, lots of old timers travel the country and live in "tiny houses." Shoot, I do it too but I call it a camper lol.

Probably do it more often now that Mr Perry talked me in to buyin a masterbuilt smoker. roflmao

On the upside, it should be easy on firemen responding to tiny house fires.

400 square feet is all I need!

Whether you think you can or you can't, you are probably right.

Looks cool, especially on wheels and being so mobile.
Having to stop at a McDs or Motel 6 to use the bathroom properly would be a beating though; can't always just stop and leave it at the side of the road.
