Bought mine from bass boat seats dot com. Had my choice of oz weight. Buy the thicker stuff. It's really nice.

https://www.boatcarpetcentral.com/I just bought from these guys, took about 3 business days to get the carpet. I'm pleased with it and price wise it was the best I found.

I added closed cell padding under mine on the front deck. It has to be water resistant foam. Or it will act as a sponge and speed up decay. As for glue? I glue the foam to the deck, then glue to carpet to the foam.

Got mine done from VSBoatcarpeting.com. They did a great job on carpeting, padding as well as all my trailer bunk boards and carpeting. Reasonably priced and great work. I highly recommend them.
