Any one have any trick to get weatherstripping adhesive off without damaging the gelcoat? Thanks for any help!

Goof Off is the first thing that comes to mind. Auto parts stores also normally carry an adhesive remover. You might even try isopropyl or acetone if you have any rather than buy something. All will strip any wax so just wax afterwards.

Goof Off is the winner. I think I used up about 3 years of elbow grease but it did the trick. Thanks again for the help.
