 First Trip to Canyon Lake

Gave Canyon Lake a try this afternoon and caught this Striper and was super pumped. looking forward to more trips and learning the patterns. the lake is new to me so any tips on the patters of these stripers would be great.

Nice fish.  Canyon can be very difficult at times.  Great lake. I fished that lake a lot over the years and I am still trying to figure it out!

I'm def gunna keep learning it.. It's a really nice lake. I keep hearing and reading feb-April are the times to fish it for stripers. But fall and winter I'm sure can be good too in the right areas of the lake. Just gotta keep at it.
