Weather man predicted .25" of rain for today...... Missed it a bit, got 4.8"....  Don't know how this will effect NM..... time will tell.
Crappie fishing... what else is there ??

Wished I could have gotten some in my neck of the woods.  Rained in some areas and others did not get a drop.  Read a late fall and winter forecast it is supposed to be a very wet late fall/winter.

2.25" at the long bridge over Lake Palestine. Very little runoff as most went into the ground. Great rain!!

I was on NM this morning at Crappie Point. Crappie were good for some of the people but I only got one keeper and gave that to a friend. Most were caught on a variety of jigs about 7' down. Wind didn't pick up until about 1000.
Hit Wally World for some more jigs. May try again in a.m.
