A sampling of plastic swimbaits and plastic jerk baits I use regularly. All were thrown on 12lb fluoro and retrieved in a similar manner alternating between swimming the lure and jerking the lure.

Some of these work better as swimbaits and trailers, while others perform better as soft jerkbaits
Notes Swimsation--very slow fall rate, run true and straight when swam with nice body roll and tail movement Sick Fish--fast fall rate good dying action going nose down and upside down on pauses Hula Grub--medium fall rate Rattlesnake Flash--fast fall rate, lots of turns to the side on the fall Skinny Dipper--medium fall rate with vertical up and down bobbing when swam Sluggo--faster fall rate nose down gliding action Fluke--similar action to sluggo maybe more mid body kicking on jerks and more horizontal movement LFT Magic Shad--slow fall rate easiest to 180 on pauses

It's nice seeing how actually baits work. Thanks for sharing.
