As I grow older, the more I appreciate good people. Monte and his crew are just that!!!
My wife had car trouble today and another dealership was giving her the run around and not being helpful at all. My wife and I bought our vehicles at Moritz but for service, it is quite a drive. While my wife and our 9 month old were being given the run around, I emailed Monte. Monte offered to take care of everything far and beyond reasonable expectations.
Soon after contacting Monte, the other dealership seemed to get moving and eventually got their act together. I think a phone call was made on our behalf.
Monte, thank you for your help and willingness to take care of us. I truly appreciate your help!
To keep this fishing related, I hope God blesses you with the fishing reward you deserve.
If you ever want to fish sometime, it would be my treat.

Thanks for sharing. Great story. I broke down ones about 200 miles from my dealer and was at the local yo-cals for 3 days. Finally called my dealer and he sent the mechanic and parts to fix it. I was pulling a fifth wheel and was back on the road that day with a new drive train.

Yes he is. Earlier this year the week before my daughter was to be married she took her car in for an oil change. She had bought it new at Moritz. When she got back to pick it up they had done a complimentary full detail and left a nice wedding gift and card in the car for her. Can't get much more personal service than that.

It's good to here how this story played out.
I was off today but had talked to Monte about this incident before I had left on Tuesday.
I know Monte was working on applying pressure to the other dealer to get there act together.
