Not a skeleton in the closet, but rather, a jet-flea in the garage. A buddy of mine asked me to keep his trailer-less jet flea in my garage over 2 yrs ago to avoid being evicted from apartment as it would not fit in his bathtub. Here we are 2 years later, he has lost interest in it. I asked him to come get it and he brings me the title. I don't want the darned thing. Don't believe in them. I hate nuisance vehicles. It's one of those old stand up jobs. I'm looking for some Monster Garage type creative ideas like ripping out the motor and such and installing it in a boat. I'm told that this jet motor is a real powerhouse. It was running the day he brought it over. Any thoughts?

If you decide you want to get rid of it, let me know. I have no problem with responsibly used PWC's, as rare as they may be

There is a guy over at Duckworks.com that has built a pretty sporty boat with one of those engines in it. I think it is called the jet fish. Take a look in their archives or e mail the site owner. Could make a pretty good jet powered pirou with it too a la Bobcat Boats

Tracker boats has the option for a 125 horse jet motor instead of the regular outbourd.
I wish I would have purchased that for my pro team 175 you dont have to worry about hitting stumps with the prop etc... and on a 17' lt wieght boat man that sucker would move.

Just a thought. I have a neighbor that has one of those small and I do mean small speedboat style boats with a 16 hp suzuki on it. They're asking $550. for the boat motor and trailor. Imagine how that devil would run with the jet ski motor installed.
