 Does anybody know if Dallas is pumping water out of Fork?

I have noticed Fork appears to be dropping fast. Does anyone know if Dallas is currently pumping water out of Fork?

evaporation..WATER LEVEL is currently 402.32 Feet
Monday, August 10, 2015 @ 3:30:00 AM
Level is 0.68 feet below full pool of 403.00
The lake will probably lose a 2'- 2 1/2' this summer if history repeats it's self.
