Another good week on RC ended today with good trips, a box full of fish and happy customers for Adam and me. We were on the Lake everyday except for Tuesday when we decided to cancel due to the 30MPH Winds. These same Winds changed our Monday trips from Whites to Catfish so we could fish protected areas. But that was OK as the Catfish never seem to stop biting on RC!

The Whites are still not on an AM Top Water pattern and some Summers it just never develops. This may be one of those Summers! We caught all our fish this week in water less than 20' deep (and in most cases 10'-15') on Points and Secondary Points. All on RSR Silver or Chartruse Shad Slabs. We also had a tiny Jig above the Slab and this accounted for quite a few doubles. Thursday was a good day with a 50 fish limit, and Friday was very good with a two boat total of over 100 fish. Today we had a mixed bag of Whites and Catfish as we chose to do a little of both.
