 Water temperature where I'm fishing is hovering around

Water temperature where I'm fishing is hovering around 85-90 degrees. I'm sure it's due to the mud and silt holding the heat, but where do the fish ho? That high heat has to deplete the oxygen in the water, but deep also doesn't hold much oxygen. So...hiding in grass/weeds or...?
