Went out and were at the ramp at 66 on Ray Hubbard and the water had risen well more than the foot or so according to waterdatafortexas.org. The courtesy dock was completely submerged and I could not tell where the ramp was. We wound up paying $20 at a private ramp to get on the water. It was choppy early but the winds died down later in the day . We went up to the creek on the north side of the lake that comes from Lavon and the water was moving pretty fast through there. I was unable to move upstream with my trolling motor (74# thrust) at full throttle. We tied to a tree and fished across the current and managed to catch about a half dozen good sized white bass in about 3 hours. The bite was slow, but just when we were about to leave someone would hook a fish.

We had some fun with the camera angles here to make them look big, but they were all about 14" to 16" in length.
