It's been hammering us a little west of there for hours. The lightning last night was crazy. Guess the Fork crowd is about to feel the pain. At least the 10-day forecast looks promising!

I was starting to worry. It's been 2 days without torrential or sideways rain...

Getting hammered in heath and it looks like a lot more is on its way. Careful out there if you're fishing.

I hope some of you folks are happy now. Everyone's been complaining about the lack of water so long, it looks like someone got mad.
I've been out digging diversion trenches and temporary berms in my yard for some time now. Haven't been able to cut the grass and I'm having to find my truck with a machete. Water's so high I have to take the front seat off my boat to back out of the boathouse. Floaters and loose grass everywhere in the lake. Water on the upper end looks like coffee au lait. Enough, already!
